  2. Client Responsibilities: To ensure the best possible results, you agree to provide us with the necessary access to your website, relevant information, and timely responses to our queries.

  3. Payments: Payment is due according to the agreed terms. Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services.

  4. Intellectual Property: Any content or materials provided by the client or created by us as part of the service remain the property of the respective owners. We retain the right to showcase our work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

  5. Guarantees and Results: While we strive to achieve the best results, the nature of SEO means that specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We will, however, work diligently to improve your online presence and visibility.

  6. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the agreement with a notice period. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain due.

  7. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.

 


 

Refund Policy

At Nytelock Digital Pte. Ltd., we believe in providing value and ensuring client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we operate with the following refund policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances after the services have been rendered or initiated. This includes but is not limited to upfront payments, partial payments, or ongoing service fees.

  2. Chargebacks: By engaging with our services, you agree to waive any rights to request a chargeback from your credit card company related to the payments made for our services.

  3. Service Disputes: If you have concerns or are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage open communication. We will work with you to address and resolve any issues to the best of our ability.

  4. Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel the services, any fees paid in advance are non-refundable. However, if the cancellation is made before the initiation of services, a pro-rata refund may be considered for the unused portion of the services.

  5. Exceptions: In rare cases where an overpayment or billing error occurs, we will address these on a case-by-case basis and provide appropriate refunds or credits.
